Design Day Hosts Prospective Students from Around the Country

This third bi-annual Design Day welcomed almost 30 high school students and their parents to Fletcher Hall where they were given an introduction to design, a tour of the building, an alumni panel discussion, and even a small design project.
This year we had students from all over Louisiana, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arizona, and Florida. Students and parents left having all their questions answered and many students are ready to become SOAD freshmen in the Fall!
The School of Architecture and Design hosts a Design Day each semester, once in the Fall and once in the Spring. Check back for more opportunities to visit us and for upcoming dates on our Design Day info page.
